Where do you deliver?

We only deliver within Australia (VIC, SA, NSW, QLD, WA and TAS) currently but feel free to leave a note on our Contact Us page if you need something and reside outside of Australia. We can handle this on a case by case basis.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 AUD.

How are returns and exchanges handled?

You have 90 days to return unopened and sealed goods via post to our address: PO BOX 6048 WYNDHAM VALE VIC 3024 to receive a full refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for refunds to be processed as a minimum as we can only process them after receiving the returned items. Please be aware that this timeline can also vary depending on your bank.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds on hair or intimate products like bonnets and hair ties. Sales on these items are final.

What if a product has issues or incorrect delivery?

We apologise in advance for any possible issues you have encountered with your purchase. If there is something wrong with your order, please email us at contactus@mumucosmetics.com with your order details, description of the issues and attach a photograph of your item (if possible). This email also applies for any customer service queries you have.
